This tutorial covers the subject
of Applying a great filter effect using third party
filters
The video will take 10 minutes to
download via a 1 Meg Broadband link. The file you
will download will be zipped together with the original
image used by the author and a document file to
help you get the best from the video. Here we introduce
you to third party Photoshop filters. These filters
do not come as a part of Photoshop, but can be purchased
from other manufacturers and added later. The effects
some of these filters produce can be stunning, but
sadly they are not part of this download. The good
news is that the filters can be downloaded as a
trial and the link for that download is on the video.
Although we have used Photoshop CS to record this
video tutorial you can follow along using any version
of Photoshop that supports adjustment layers.
You can see the final image by
clicking the button below. Once the image has opened,
right click it and save it on your hard drive so
you can see how it looks in Photoshop.
